This virtual session is designed for our BoomTown users on the Core, Grow, and Advance platforms. As the second course in the Fundamentals Series, the Lead Management class will focus on logging into the BoomTown CRM (Customer Relationship Management) system to showcase the Lead’s registration and search history. We will discuss strategies on how to leverage this information and effectively manage your leads in lead central.

*Note: In order to receive credit for completing this class, you must complete 2/3 of the session.
